Our story

Gurmanai

Five rooms of one house. The kitchen, the cellar, the dining room, the table, and the chef who brought them together.

The house

Gurmanai began with a simple idea. Good food should feel connected to the place it comes from, the people who make it and the people who gather around it.

Our kitchen follows the seasons, working with carefully chosen ingredients and letting them speak without unnecessary decoration.

02

The kitchen

Every plate begins in the kitchen.

Our dishes are prepared from scratch, with attention given to the small details that are easy to miss but impossible not to taste.

The cellar

Our wine selection is built around character, balance and discovery.

From familiar bottles to lesser known producers, every wine has a reason for being here.

The room

Gurmanai is designed to feel warm from the moment you arrive.

Wood, stone, candlelight and an open kitchen create a room where dinner is not something to rush through.

05

The table

Whether it is a quiet dinner for two or a table full of friends, the experience matters as much as what arrives on the plate.

Take your time. Order another glass. Stay a little longer.

The chef

“We wanted to create a place that feels honest. Good ingredients, careful cooking and a table where people genuinely want to stay.”
